How does it work?

We are a property management company looking to offer landlords like yourself property management with a difference.

We offer a guaranteed rent each month and remove all the hassle of managing a property.

  • You rent your property to us for up to five years and let us take care of everything.
  • You receive an agreed guaranteed rent every month based on the condition, location and number of bedrooms.
  • We pay all utilities and council tax along with a cleaner 2x per month and a gardener (if applicable).
  • We put our professional tenants into the house.  We manage all tenant queries and we pay for any general maintenance issues.
  • At the end of 5 years you get your property back, usually in better condition, or you can continue to rent to us.
  • At any time during the contract we would love to look into purchasing your property if you are interested.

Who will take care of maintenance and repairs?

Our company takes full responsibility for all minor maintenance and repairs. We have a dedicated team of professional contractors who handle any issues promptly. We conduct regular property inspections to ensure everything is in excellent condition and address any maintenance needs proactively. This service is included in our management agreement, so you don’t have to worry about unexpected repair costs.

What if your tenants damage my property?

Tenant satisfaction and property care are our top priorities. We implement a thorough tenant vetting process to minimize the risk of property damage. Additionally, we perform regular inspections to catch and address any issues early. For added peace of mind, we have comprehensive insurance that covers accidental damage, and we maintain a reserve fund to handle any immediate repairs if needed.
